A crowd of 43,433, largest to watch a U.S. National Team game in Missouri, sees the U.S. Men overwhelm St. Vincent and the Grenadines, 6-1, at Busch Stadium. St. Louis native Tim Ream plays the entire match for the USA. The game does not begin well for the USA as Oalex Anderson scores in the 5th minute for St. Vincent and the Grenadines. But the USA responds with three first-half goals from Bobby Wood, Fabian Johnson and Jozy Altidore. Geoff Cameron, Gyasi Zardes and Altidore add three more in the second half.
