A pair of Dons do in the No. 1-ranked University of San Francisco Dons to lead No. 2 St. Louis University to a 2-1 victory before 6,872 fans at Francis Field. Trailing at halftime, the Bills take over and score goals hy Don Huber and Don Aubuchon four minutes apart. The Bills snap a19-game unbeaten streak by the Dons, two-time defending NCAA champions. The Billikens improve their record to 5-1-0. They will finish the regular season with a 13-4-0 record. The Bills will receive a bye in the first round of the NCAA playoffs. Cleveland State, which handed the Bills their first loss of the season, 1-0, on Sept. 19, will knock St. Louis U. out of the playoffs with a 2-0 victory in the second round on Nov. 18. The Bills’ Ty Keough will be named an honorable mention All-American. A junior in 1977, Keough was an honorable mention All-American in 1975 and a first-team All-American in 1976. He will be a first-team All-American and Don Huber will be an honorable mention All-American in 1978.
